Some development projects are pressed for time to produce a product in order to validate the design and thus, require a fast manufacturing turnaround time. Our in-house circuit population stations, pick and place machines and re-flow oven make it easy for us to manufacture and test units faster and in a more controlled manner. Quiretech also works with a network of PCB fabrication and assembly houses for jobs that require larger quantities and/or involve complex assembly processes

DFM DOCUMENTATION & SUPPLIER INTERFACE

 

One of our core abilities is to generate industry standard design documentation for a seamless interface with our manufacturing partners. Design for manufacture (DFM)  documentation can be created for small production shops as well as for contract manufacturers used for mass production. These documents are governed by customers' requirements for compliance with respective industry standards or presented in a format requested by manufacturing partners. We produce documents for PCB manufacturing, enclosure fabrication, cable harness fabrication and product assembly. The documentation may also include Production and Quality Control checklists or Testing procedures. We will work with contract manufacturers to make your product is high quality and on schedule.

RAPID PROTOTYPING

 

We are equipped with hardware tools and machines to carry out product development that requires short, quick and multiple iterations. We stock electronics components and parts to be used for quick experimentation and testing, as well as development kits from various chip suppliers for testing ideas and creating mock-ups for proof-of-concept tasks.

Additionally, Quiretech’s prototyping lab has 3D printers, a CNC machine and a laser cutter to perform work on custom form factors for your project.
